Although we are considered "day of coordinators" your package begins as soon as you hire us.

- Unlimited email contact with Niko & Michelle at Cordial Coordination
- Vendor Management & Vendor Communication to collect COI & send instructions for vendor arrival, setup, layout & timeline
- Overseeing setup of ceremony & reception 
- Guest management
- One Lead day of coordinator 
- One hour rehearsal coverage - if a separate day travel will apply
- Up to 10 hours of wedding day coverage
- Full setup & break-down of personal decor
